Private SecurityWhat Does It Involve?

When a company decides to train its own security guards, it is called on-site training. This type of training is generally scheduled for one or two days, depending on how many guards are going to be trained at a time.

Typically, the security guards are going to be provided with a training manual or some type of instructional video. This is so that the security companies  can follow along as they are trained and learn at their own pace.

The training is generally conducted by the on-site trainer. Sometimes the training will be conducted by a company with a good security guard training program in place.

Typically, on-site training includes a brief introduction to the training. The training will then cover the same topics that the security guard training manual covers.
